Maidstone Max Downhill Mountain Biking Track is a fun, challenging downhill track, suitable for downhillers with a reasonable degree of experience. It’s important anyone who takes this track on either does it with a buddy or lets someone else know where they are in case of accident or injury.
The track can be accessed via Kingsley Heights. Head down Park Street and turn into King Charles Drive. At the top of the hill, turn right up Seymour Grove and follow the road to the top car park where the path to the downhill track begins.
There are toilets at Maidstone Park, and there is a café in Mitre10 Mega right across the road, alternatively it will take 5 minutes to walk into the CBD for something to eat and drink.
